Someone once told me that I make things happen. That’s true. I love to strategize, plan, organize, and get things done. In fact, those are a few of the strengths that show up on every strength, behavior, or personality assessment that I’ve ever taken.
With over thirty years’ experience in nonprofit management, I understand the unique challenges of running a nonprofit.
Ensuring the organization has enough funds while handling the “people problems” and managing your own stress and overwhelm, sometimes all at the same time, is a recipe for burnout.
I know, because it happened to me.
That's why I became a consultant committed to providing resources and support to nonprofit leaders, especially women, so that they and their organizations thrive. I do that through:
